-Initiated interest at restaurants to join the Town of Vail’s compost program which rewarded businesses $5,000 for joining. Started and successfully implemented five new programs.

-Completed compliance checks in the Town of Vail for the states plastic bag ban, to go containers, and recycling ordinance.

-Worked on updating the Town of Vail’s Strategic Plan from the prior 2009 version. Participated In planning meetings to brainstorm, discuss, and implement new ideas for the town’s future plan.

-Analyzed data that identified areas to focus marketing activity more effectively through face to face outreach, direct email campaigns using the companies’ CRM, and social media. This resulted in securing 40+ new accounts and a 125% increase in user activity and response.

- Created rapport with clients on regional trips where we conceptualized new marketing programs, set up and monitored analytics, and created the ability to pivot and change certain strategies to ensure campaign success.
