Conservation of Monarch Butterflies and Pollinators Proposal

In our consulting management class we chose to write a proposal from an RFP for the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation. We honed in on what the company cared about to develop our deliverables, created a budget, a realistic timeline, and a work plan to focus on restoring and revitalizing habitat for monarch butterflies and pollinators.

Partnering with the Center for Regenerative Services based in Boulder, CO and HotSpot Patrons focused in Brazil

In our conservation management class we focused on a project centered around the $700 billion funding gap in the sphere of biodiversity.

Our findings showed that many businesses that would like to fund projects around biodiversity were looking for metrics - how do we measure biodiversity?

Through my research and stakeholder engagement interviews, I found that BioAcoustics which use soundscape metrics is one of the up and coming solutions to the scene.

HotSpot Patrons was able to utilize this information and plans to use it to work on getting funding for their private landowners who need funding to conserve their land in Brazil.
